Numbers, which person tells in World AIDS Day December 1, intimidate to every people. Every year, nearly 4 million people die by reason of AIDS in the world. According to recent date obtained, the number of having HIV prevalence in the world is approaching 50 million. Despite of campaigns is which making people conscious of HIV and AIDS around the world, the number of AIDS is rapidly increasing each day. CISED Honorary President Dr. Cem Keçe says; "AIDS is a communicable disease which spreads by sexually transmitted and blood. The only way to catch AIDS virus is HIV virus can be transmitted to body. There are two ways for communication a disease of this virus which are getting off with somebody who has AIDS or HIV virus (vaginal, anal or oral) and use the same syringe needle withsomebody who has AIDS or HIV virus. Apart from these, things of communication of disease are child bearing, lactation, giving blood, some products manufactured from blood. However, HIV virus must not transmit a disease with cold, flu, cough, crowded environment such as at work, in public places, wearing the same clothes, using telephone handset, using the same toilet, cup, fork, spoon. Moreover, beating mosquito is not a risk. Social kissing is not a danger".

CISED Honorary President Dr. Cem Keçe says; "Most of people think that only prostitutes, using drugs and homosexuals have HIV virus. AIDS is not just a gay disease which there is no cure. AIDS is not a disease of a specific social group. HIV virus can be had by every people without distinction of age, religion, color, race and sex. Despite of the fact that many people have to have anti-HIV test after three months of unprotected sexual intercourse, they do not want to have anti-HIV test so HIV virus becomes widespread. The reason of this is lack of education".

Person should have monogamous, use to condom during sexual intercourse and person should not to commit adultery, allow anybody to use uncontrolled blood transfusion and blood things, person should not also allow anybody to use disinfect syringes, needles, surgical things, dental things, tattoo things, acupuncture needles, razors or scissors in order to be protected. However, the most important thing to prevent AIDS is knowledgeable about sexual themes. The base of combat with AIDS is protective measures" and Dr. KEÇE continues, "Make public body conscious of AIDS so when Cinsel Sağlık Enstitü Derneği (CİSED) is established, declaration, which we inform the public, is Sexual Education should be made legally compulsory starting from kindergarten. Preadolescence Sexual Counseling and Guidance Services should be made legally compulsory. Pre-marriage Sexual Counseling and Guidance Services should be made legally compulsory. Pre-marriage Mother, Father, and Spouse Trainings should be made legally compulsory. Sexology Departments should be established in Turkish universities as a separate branch of science and a multi-disciplinary approach for the science of sexual health should be done".
