Happy World Sexual Health Day!

"World Sexual Health Day" that is a member of CİSED, is conditioned by World Association of Sexual Health (WAS) in 4 September. "World Sexual Health Day" purposes enlightenment people about sexual health and being away from superstition to deliver only the information without any kind of distinction. Members of WAS respect of any personal preference. Because the most important reason is a healthy sex life in order that members of society healthy communicate with each other.

"World Sexual Health Day", which is established by World Association of Sexual Health in 1978, will be celebrated third times in year, Turkey. It also is celebrated across the World. People know the Word Sexual Health Day is celebrated more and more in countries. The aim of this is that many countries overrate to a healthy sex is the basis of health relationships and the society is directed the norms of scientific. Therefore, if a sexual life is spoken, it must be shame, sin and forbidden according to some people. In other words, people have known and thought this so sexual life is an integral part of the health court. It is placed on consciousness of people more easily.

It is more important that people discuss sexual rights and sexual health issues approach of being purified any kind of prejudice and discrimination because this situation will change perspectives people that are tabooed. Discrimination against people such as different religion, language, culture, and consumer profile cause "violence". Violence causes or rises physical, psychological and social consequences. If every members of society must talk themselves, these problems should be resolved.

As is known, regardless of sexuality is the science and art of being able to orgasm that person focuses on the pleasure of touch and sex intercourse, gives and takes pleasure, shares the spirit and the body. There are many people and couples who cannot fulfill sexuality in our country. We take into account this situation, actually sexual counseling and guidance services must be legally given to starting from childhood (the main class), adolescence (high school period) and premarital instead of just separating sexual health only one day of each year. Moreover, a separate section can be opened under the name of "Sexology" in universities as is EU.

The World Association for Sexual Health will celebrate for the third time World Sexual Health Day (WSHD) with the theme " In a diverse world, sexual health for all". This theme seems to synthesize the idea of celebrating diversity (including sexual and other diversities) and globalization with sexual health for all. Supports of valuable press members are more important in order to be more participation and reach a wide audience. In this context, we should remember CİSED's declaration again:

1- Sexual education should be a legal in nursery school.

2- Before Adolescence Sexual Counseling and Guidance Services must be a legal.

3- Premarital Sexual Counseling and Guidance Services must be a legal.

4- Premarital Mother, Father and Couple must be a legal.

5- A separate section should be opened under the name of "Sexology" in universities.

6- "A multi-disciplinary approach" should be a legal for sexual health science.

We think that Having active sex life eight of every ten women or seven of every ten men have sexual dysfunction in a period of their life, CİSED's declaration must be implemented.
