Dr. Keçe approves this bill and says "Every human has a biological clock, adolescents are not an exception, young girls can already live some of the physiological and psychological changes when it is time. Therefore, the normal developmental stages should not be interfered because this situation causes personality disorders and psychological problems". Dr. Keçe cautions people in charge of media and tutors against this problem.

CİSED Secretary-General Psychologist Serap Güngör says, "Families are ultimately responsible for children' educations and they educate their children in order not to be exploited a sexual image" and adds "Thence, families should teach them that there is the other values is more important than appearance. Mother and father teach them manner, sense of responsibility, study, being honest, charity, confidence ect . ".

CİSED Board of Directors Psychologists Kemal Özcan explains "Little girls capture other people' attention in order to make up more, wear sexy clothes and they are happy about this. However, they do not know that this situation arouses sexual impulse in adults and they can expose themselves the risk of sexual abuse" and "Family should not forget dangers of sexual abuse. Little girls, who look like mature but actually is little, do not distinguish between a normal attention and a sexual attention in order not to have knowledge and cleverness so they are taken in by a malicious adult. Therefore,Families talk about potential dangers with their children not to be afraid" and adds "Developed together with development of the physical and spiritual and so any external factor negative effects to this process". Finally, "There is a time for everything so everything should leave the natural flow".
