The sexual headaches finish themselves generally but when headaches continue to, person should take simple pain killers. If your headache is frequently and disturbing, you use preventive headache medications (Beta blokers, calcium kanal blokers ve antienflamatuar drugs, vb.) before sex. If the pain just happens in the neck or behind the head, you should massage or movements to relax. It is benefical that sexual activity and sexual excitement increase little by little. Sexual headaches ocur more easily during periods of stress and tired, uncomfortable positions or couples sex often more than once. You should beware these situations and you may be sometimes required to avoid sex until e few weeks. Moreover, in sexual headaches, it can be useful that person should reduce stress, lose weight, exercise and take a more passive role in sexual intercourse or change the same position and posture during sex and the same day, avoid an extra sexual activities.”
