* Daily registration fee includes (one-day registration fee and a daily hotel usage fee). Participants who make Daily Registration participants do not need to do anything else on the day they enroll.

Any cancellation received before JANUARY 31, 2014 will be entitled to 50% refund.

Cancellations received after that date will not be refunded.

All refunds should be made in written by-e-mail or by fax to the congress secretariat.
