RULES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

All abstract should be submitted in English by using abstract submission system from the congress website www.cinselsaglik2014.org Abstract sent by e-mail or fax and not submitted in English will not be accepted by the Scientific Committee. All authors should submit their abstracts carrefully since there will not be made any reduction on the abstracts and will be printed as submitted.

Deadline for Abstract Submission : 30th March 2014
All papers presented at the congress should be experimental studies, clinical trials and original case reports, in the form of the property can contribute to scientific development and have a result message. All authors should pay attention to the spelling mistakes since the papers will be printed as they submitted. All spelling mistakes are on author’s responsibility.

Rules of Idem
1. All abstracts will be collected by online abstract system.
2. Academic title should not be used at the author names.
3. Author names should be written in small letters, only the first letter should be capitalized.
4. The authors' names and addresses of the institutions should be provided.
5. The Abstract title should be written in small letters, only the first letter should be capitalized. (Abbreviations are exempt.)
6. If abbreviations are used in the abstract, the unabbreviated indicated in parentheses.
7. The purpose of the study and the methods used must be briefly stated in the summary, the findings are summarized with sufficient numerical data and conclusions should be explained within the framework of the findings.
8. Abstarct should be written by using the following headings; purpose, methods, results and conclusions.
9. The abstract must not exceed 500 words, excluded the abstract title, author's name and last name
The abstracts which do not comply with any of these rules will not be evaluated  regardless of the content.

Cautions for Abstract Submission
1. If you are using first the online abstract system you should register to the system by using the ‘’ New User ‘’ link.
2. Information page will help you after registration to the online submission system. Please read the message and the descriptions carefully.
3. Abstracts submitted via online system should be considered typographical errors since they will be printed in the same way.
4. After submission process you will receive a confirmation letter sent by the system. Please keep this message just in case.
5. You can follow the evaluation process of your abstract via online system with your e-mail and password.  
Evaluation of the Abstracts
Evaluation will be made by Abstract Evaluation Committee by keeping secret the names / surnames of researchers. Authors must be completed the registration to the congress until at least 28 February 2014 for evaluation process.
Best Paper Awards
"Best Paper Award" will be given to the the first three papers selected from the all papers. The purpose of this award, is to appreciate the efficiency of our colleagues in research studies and particularly encourage young scientists in the coming years.

PRESENTATION INFORMATIONS
Posters
Posters should be with the following sizes 70 cm X 90 cm. Posters should be read from a distance of at least 1 meter. Posters will be displayed with the date, place and board number dedicated by the organization committee. Posters will be hanged with the sticky dough to the poster boards and the use of any material will not be permitted. Poster owners will be helped in bonding.
Slides
Please pay attention to the following rules while preparing your slide;
1. There are no more than 7 lines on your slides,
2. Does not exceed the number of 6 words in each line,
3. The preparation of the slides horizontally,
4. The slides do not contain too large tables,
5. The preparation of the slides in English

Video Presentations
1. Videos should be formed and submitted in English.
2. Video length should not exceed 8 minutes.
3. Vocalization on the video should be in English.
4. Video that will be installed to the system should be no more than 30 MB. Recommended formats MPEG or WMW formats.
5. After installing your video abstract and the video to the system, the original CD / DVD should be submitted no later than February 28, 2014.
